9.2 Update Privacy Restrictions (Fluid)

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for updating a student's privacy restrictions via Fluid navigation in ctcLink.

Audience:  Students; Student Services staff

Update Privacy Restrictions

Navigation:  Student Homepage

  1. Select the Profile tile.
Student Home page
  1. The Personal Details page displays.
  2. Select Privacy Restrictions.
Personal Details page
  1. The Privacy Restrictions page displays.
Select the caret next to  Ferpa Block
  1. To expand the FERPA Block section, select the arrow.
Select the Check box
  1. Select the Restricted check box.
  2. Select Save in the upper-right corner.
In the Edit Restriction box, select restricted
  1. You can also restrict data is by selecting the Restrict All button.
Select the Restrict all button
  1. The Restrict All Data section displays as Restricted with a red icon in the upper right corner of the FERPA Block section.
  2. Select Confirm.
Select the green Confirm button
  1. Process complete.
