View My Schedule - Staff (Fluid)

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to view schedule for staff in Fluid, using the Faculty Center section of the CS Staff Homepage.

Audience: Student Services staff.

My Schedule will display your class schedule for the current term. In this display, you are able to view a different term’s schedule, view a different display option, view your class roster, and view your grade roster when available. If needed, change the term to the appropriate term for grading.

View My Schedule - Staff

Navigation: ctcLink CS Staff Homepage > Faculty Center Tile

  1. The Faculty Center page displays.
  2. Select the My Schedule menu list item.
  3. The My Schedule page displays.
  4. Select the display option button for Show Enrolled Classes Only.
  5. Select the View Weekly Teaching Schedule button.
  6. The View My Weekly Schedule page displays.
  7. Enter a future date in the "Show Week of" field.
  8. Select the Refresh Calendar button.
  9. The page refreshes.
  10. Under the Display Options section, select the Show Class Title checkbox.
  11. Select the Refresh Calendar button.
  12. The page refreshes once again.
  13. Select the Printer Friendly Page link, located near the bottom of the screen with blue text.
  14. The View My Weekly Schedule page displays as printer friendly.
  15. Select the Return to View My Weekly Schedule link.
  16. The View My Weekly Schedule page displays.
  17. Select the Return to Faculty Center link, located at the bottom-left of screen.
  18. The Faculty Center - My Schedule page displays.
  19. Select the Change Term button to view a different term.The Select Term page displays.
  20. Select another term.
  21. Select the Continue button.

Process complete.
