Navigating PeopleSoft - Adding and Editing Favorites

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for adding,  deleting or editing favorites.

Audience:  All Staff

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZZ PeopleSoft User

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

NOTE: ZZ PeopleSoft User is a base role for all Active employees.

For ease of access, you can add links to pages to a Favorites list, keeping the pages you use most in one location.

Navigation: Menu > Favorites

Deleting or Editing Favorites
  1. To navigate to Favorites, from the left-hand navigation on your homepage - select the Favorites image for your Favorites.
  2. Select Edit Favorites.
  3. Choose the checkbox next to the favorite that you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete Selected.
  5. You will receive a message confirming "You have selected 1 favorite(s) to be deleted. Do you wish to continue?"
  6. Select Yes (or No).
  7. Complete your personalization by selecting Save.
  8. A message will appear at the top of your screen, "Your Favorites have been successfully saved."
