9.2 Updating Employee Paylines Additional Data Page

Purpose: Use this document to update employee paylines additional data page in ctcLink.

Audience: Payroll Specialists.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • <there are no college-assignable roles>

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Updating Employee Paylines Additional Data Page

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Payline

  1. The By Payline search page displays.  
  2. Enter the desired information into the Company field.
  3. Enter the desired information into the Pay Group field if available.
  4. Enter the desired information into the Page Nbr field if available.
  5. Enter the desired information into the Line Nbr field if available.
  6. Enter the desired information into the Empl ID field.
  7. Select the Search button.
Paylines Search Page
  1. The By Payline page displays.
  2. The Payline page enables you to view and update the paysheet to affect the Pay Calculation process.

  1. Select the Last link to navigate to the payline detail that you want to update.
  2. Select the Additional Data link.
Payline Details Last Record
  1. The Additional Data pagelet displays.  It enables you to modify default information.
  2. Enter the desired information into the Job Code field.
  3. Select the OK button.
Additional Data Page
  1. The By Payline page displays with update.
  2. Select the Save button.
Save Updated Information
  1. The process to update payline additional data for an employee is now complete.
  2. End of procedure.
