Add/Update Addresses

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for updating student addresses through the Profile tile on the ctcLink Student Homepage.

Audience:  Students; Student Services staff

Navigation: Student Homepage

  1. Select the Profile tile and the Personal Details page displays.
  2. Select Addresses from the left-side navigation and the Addresses page displays.
  3. Under the Addresses section, select:
    1. An existing Address to update an existing address or,
    2. The Add a New Row [+] icon to add a new address or,
    3. The Add... button(s) to add a new address.
  4. The Add/Edit Address page displays.
  5. Enter the following fields:
    1. From date field (only required when adding a new address, not updating an existing one).
    2. Country.
    3. Address 1, 2, and 3 (as necessary).
    4. City.
    5. State.
    6. Postal code.
    7. County.
    8. Select the Save button.
  6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 as necessary.
  7. Process complete.
