HCM: Local Configuration Guide - Benefits
This document contains the local configuration decisions made for use in deployment of the Base Benefits Module of Oracle’s PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application. As such, all additional documentation must be in agreement with the related items described herein. Should conflict arise with information contained in another document, the data in this document shall be considered valid and that of the other shall be deemed incorrect. Any changes to the information in this document should be entered as dated additions. No information should be deleted once initial configuration has been completed. The Base Benefits Local Configuration Guide explains necessary tables needed to setup Benefits in the PeopleSoft system. The order of the configuration tables presented in this document adheres to the table setup sequence required to successfully set up all tables. All delivered ctcLink Benefits are setup at the enterprise level, only custom configuration has local components. -
Reporting Academic Plan as a COD Level 99 (Non-Credential) Program
Purpose: Currently, it is not possible to assign a COD Credential Level of “99” using the delivered options for the NSC Classification field on the Academic Plan Table. SBCTC has reported this to Oracle (Bug 32421803). Until Oracle remedies this gap, correctly reporting plan codes as Level 99/Non-Credential Programs requires additional steps and manual maintenance Audience: Financial Aid Staff -

Running Start High School Data Roll
