SACR Basic Requirements

Set Up SACR (*This step is for Employees ONLY)

At the very least, the following items need to be configured before you are able to continue with adding roles to a user’s account:

Academic Org Security
Academic Institution Security
Institution/Campus Security
Institution/Career Security

 

Navigation:  Main Menu> Set Up SACR> Security> Secure Student Administration> User ID> Academic Institution Security 

  1. Enter search criteria and click Search
  2. Select the appropriate  user.
  1. Click the magnifying glass (Search) icon to look for the appropriate academic institution, or type a portion of it in the field to the left. 
  2. Once you have selected the appropriate one, click Save.
  3. Click Return to Search.

Navigation:  Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Org Security

Follow the same procedure:  Enter search criteria, select the appropriate result and modify accordingly. 

NavigationMain Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Institution/Campus Security

  1. Enter Main in the Campus Field
  2. Click Save and navigate to the next.

 
NavigationMain Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Institution/Career Security. 

  1. Similar process, however, this time you’re going to enter two values:  CNED and UGRD
  2. Click Save.
