9.2 Comments - Comment Category Table and Comment 3C Groups
Purpose: Use this document as a reference on how to create a comment category related to waiving the V1 Verification requirements in ctcLink.
Audience: Financial Aid Staff
Colleges who already have a DCL comment from the 21/22 AY can add a new effective dated row and update the description to make the comment ‘generic’ removing reference to any specific Dear Colleague Letter. This step includes making changes to the Description and Short Description.
The Event Definition that is set up after this step can be customized to reference the specific DCL for the applicable award year.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC CC 3Cs Config
- ZD CC 3Cs Config
- ZZ CC 3Cs Config
