9.2 View Financial Aid Self Service

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to view Financial Aid Self Service in ctcLink.

Audience: FA Counselor/Technician

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Navigation: Campus Community > Student Services Ctr (Student)

From the Student Services Center page enter the student ID and select Search.
Under Finances select the View Financial Aid link.
From the Select Aid Year to View page select the appropriate Aid Year.
The Award Summary page shows Aid Year award descriptions and a breakdown of award amounts in Term Award Detail. See descriptions for the Financial Aid Summary, Satisfactory Academic Progress and Loan Counseling links later in this document.
The Financial Aid Summary link displays cost of attendance and EFC details.
The Satisfactory Academic Progress link will display a student’s current SAP status.
The Loan Counseling link will indicate if a student has completed Loan Entrance Counseling.
