Audience: Financial Aid staff who perform reporting functions to COD.

Reporting FWS Calendar Earnings to COD
2025 Calendar Year Reporting bug
On September 1st, Oracle posted a new FWS bug specific to Calendar Year 2025
- Oracle bug: Federal Work Study (FWS) Calendar Year 2025 Files Are Rejected With Edit 210 'Invalid Schema' Because of Namespace Referencing 2025 Instead of 2024 (KB927355)
- The header in the file will need to be modified before colleges send the FWS outbound file to COD
- Colleges interested in batch FWS reporting to COD will be submitting a ticket to FA Support to load their FWS data into the FWS staging tables. In that ticket, FA Support will work with colleges to modify the FWS outbound file
2024 Calendar Year Reporting remains manual
- Schema was delayed by Oracle and released on August 6th in the middle of FA Support testing 2026-2027 FISAP. Adding the PRP containing the FWS schema to FISAP PRP testing would delay the release of the FISAP to colleges.

- Oracle bug: COD Inbound for Federal Work Study Response is not Updating the Reject Status From the Student Awarding Block as Rejected (Doc ID 3051590.1)
- Broken functionality for FWS inbound
- Fix is targeted to be included in Campus Solutions PUM Image 9.2.39
2023 Calendar Year Reporting remains manual
- Schema was delayed by Oracle and released on August 8th in the middle of FA Support testing 2025-2026 FISAP testing. Adding the PRP containing the FWS schema to FISAP PRP testing would delay the release of the FISAP to colleges.

- Broken functionality for FWS outbound
- Patch was in Image 33 but similar issue still exists in ctcLink
