Any changes made to Course Lists requires a new effective date to ensure that additions or removals of courses do not impact prior terms.
If there is an error (outside of conversion), you do not have to update the effective date. You can make the adjustments/corrections on the current row. For example, any adjustment made on the 01/01/1901 Effective Dated Course List, this may affect Conversion.
