Colleges using Message Center must have a Message Center specific Communication Context defined. This Communication Context is specific to Message Center only.

Any Message Center communication also needs a 3C Communication Context defined with two rows for Message Center. It should include a reference to the associated letter code configured on the Standard Letter Table CS page (refer to the Campus Community Local Configuration Guide).

In this global table, a row for your college has been added to the Institution list in the Message Center setup.

This is a global table with college specific configurations and is used to create letter templates that can be sent individually or in batch. In order to add a template, a letter code must already be defined under Standard Letter Table CS (refer to the Campus Community Local Configuration Guide). For best configurations and modifications of Message Center letter templates, it is better to use the “Source” HTML editor.
