9.2 Refund a Deceased Student's Account
Purpose: Use this document to refund a deceased student's account in ctcLink. Follow the included steps to view descriptions and to be linked to process directions.
Audience: SF Staff, CS Staff, Student Services.
- This first step is to update ctcLink with a deceased status.
- This second step is for finding or creating an account to which the deceased student's credit balance may be delivered.
- This third and final step is for connecting the deceased student's account to the account to whom the refund should be sent (this account is called a sponsor.)
- Process complete.
