Purpose:  This document, now named the “CLAM” (ctcLink Accounting Manual) and updated as of 2/1/2022, is to complement the State Board's "official" Fiscal Affairs Manual. It covers essential information on administrative systems, Fund Accounting, Chart of Accounts, Statewide Budgeting Process, Local Budgets, Capital Budget, Accounting Processes, and other relevant topics.

Audience:  Student Financials and Finance Staff
