Hi Grace. Thank you for your comment. The following link will direct you to a website where you can search for various queries: https://dataservicesmetalink.sbctc.edu/Home. One of the great things about MetaLink is that it allows users to search for queries, reports, and pivot grids across a variety of fields from a single input source. Hello,

Is there a query we can run to see all students who have an undecided / undeclared academic plan?

Thanks,
Margaret

Hello Margaret, you can run QCS_SR_OPEN_PPS_IN_ACAD_PLAN. You can run it for UNDECLAC (academic) UNDCLPR (proftech) UNDECLTR (transitional). Hope this helps! -Kelly Forsberg, ctcLink Functional Trainer, Financial Aid

Hello, I am wondering if there is a query that we can run that shows course enrollment/grades for students with a certain attribute (SWRT for example). Similar to how the query QCS_SR_CLASS_ENR_STUGRP uses the student group.

Hi Mary,

The query you listed will work. You can enter 'SWRT' in the Select Student Group prompt field. First, the Student Attributes are manually assigned by college staff along with the Student Attribute Values to identify a student's participation in particular programs. Then, students are "mass-assigned" to Student Groups based on these Student Attributes. Thank you so much for your question! Have an amazing day. ~Tanjagay Martin | CS Core Functional Trainer

Is there a query to find out what students have met short-term certificate requirements? For example, a student must complete classes ABC to earn a Level 1 Welding Short-term Certificate. These are meant to be automatically awarded.

Hi Matt,
Thank you for your comment. MetaLink, https://dataservicesmetalink.sbctc.edu, is an excellent resource for discovering queries that meet your business needs. I found the CTC_SR_DEGREE_AUDIT_REPORT query. You probably want to schedule this query: https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/56086/l/526575-running-large-results-queries-schedule-query. Thank you so much for your time, Matt. Have a fantastic day! ~Tanjagay Martin | CS Core Trainer
