This page requires that you know of an existing Social Security Number (SSN) for a person in the system. The easiest method to test this is to use your own, as this page will allow for the search of your own SSN or National ID (NID). You can search either in Employees / Contingents / POI or Dependents and Beneficiaries. Enter the National ID, select the Search in drop down and click the double arrow circle icon to commence the search.

There are three tabs on the Update Person Details component. The Biographical Details tab contains 3 elements of PII data. 

1. In the Biographic Information section, under Biographical History - Gender and Orientation Details, the Legal Sex field contains the gender [GENDER_IDENTITY].
2. In the National ID section, the National ID (NID) field [NATIONAL_ID] contains the Social Security Number (SSN).

These fields are masked as part of Work Package #4.

The final PII data field, Sexual Orientation [SEXUAL_ORIENTATION] can ONLY be seen in the Biographic Information section if the User Profile has a specific security role exposing this hidden field. This field is NOT masked as part of Work Package #4, as the field is hidden from view from all user with access to this page unless intentionally granted with the specific security role exposing this PII data field.

There are three tabs on the Citizenship, Visa and Permits component.

1. The Citizenship/Passport tab contains the Passport Number [PASSPORT_NBR] field.
2. The Visa/Permit Data tab contains the Visa Work Permit Number in the Number [VISA_WRKPMT_NBR] field.

There are three tabs on the Modify a Person component. The Biographical Details tab contains 3 elements of PII data.

1. In Biographic Information section, under Biographical History - Gender and Orientation Details, contains the Legal Sex field contains the gender [GENDER_IDENTITY].
2. In the National ID section, the National ID (NID) field [NATIONAL_ID], which in the USA stores the Social Security Number or SSN.

These fields are masked as part of Work Package #4.

3. The 3rd field containing PII data (not displayed in the screenshot below) is Sexual Orientation [SEXUAL_ORIENTATION], and is only visible with a specific security role.

There are two tabs on the Dependent Identification component; however only the Depdnt Visa/Permit Data tab contains PII data, in the Visa / Permit History section, the Number field contains the visa permit work permit Number [VISA_WRKPMT_NBR], for each of the employee's beneficiaries. This field is masked as part of Work Package #4.
