Understanding Administrative Functions

When setting up a new checklist, you will need to select an administrative function.  The administrative functions are tied to variable data in the system, which links to specific fields of information that can be used as a part of the communication.  The chart below shows the available Administrative Functions and the variable data fields connected to them. Variable data fields are also used in the checklist process to help manage duplicate 3C item assignments.
