9.2 Send Absence Data to Time & Labor

Purpose:  Use this document to understand how to send absence data to Time & Labor within ctcLink.

Audience: HR and Payroll Administrators.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZZ ABS Conversion Processing

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Send Absence Data to Time and Labor

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Global Payroll & Absence Management > Absence and Payroll Processing > Absence Conversion Processing > To Payroll for North America

  1. The To Payroll for North America run control search page displays.
  2. Select the Add a New Value tab.
  3. Enter a Run Control ID.
  4. Select the Add button.

  1. The To Payroll for North America page displays.
  2. Choose the appropriate Calendar Group ID from the lookup icon.
  3. Select the Run button.
  4. The Process Scheduler Request page displays.
  5. Select the OK button.
To Payroll for North America page
  1. The To Payroll for North America page displays.
  2. Select the Process Monitor link.
  3. The Process Monitor page displays.
  4. Select the Refresh button until the process runs to Success/Posted.
  5. The process to send absence data to Time & Labor is now complete.
  6. End of procedure.
