NEW Athletic Waiver
Purpose: Use this document to understand the supplemental policy documentation outlining the system-wide framework for the global implementation of the athletic tuition waivers in ctcLink.
Audience: Student Financials Administrators, Registration & Records Administrators, and those working with tuition waivers.
Please see the attached (new to reflect posted 25/26 rates) SBCTC Global Interpretation and Implementation of the Athletic Waiver document below for more information.
Upon Board of Trustees review and approval, please submit a support ticket to SBCTC. The State Board will build out the specific dollar waivers in collaboration with you.
The Assign Waiver page will be manually utilized to assign the Athletic Waiver. Please refer to the Assign a Waiver for an Individual Student QRG for processing steps.
