Access Multiple Institutions (HCX)

Purpose: Use this document as a reference when accessing multiple institutions via the Mobile application.

Audience: Students.

A college's mobile application will look different from another college's - you may find that your college has other images and options available.

Student Login

  1. To access the Mobile application, select the following link: m.ctclink.us. You can download the ctcLink mobile phone app through the Apple store (iPhone/Apple devices) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Pick Your College from the list if more than one is available.
  3. The selected College Dashboard displays. Select the ctcLink Login tile.
  4. Log in to ctcLink and select the Sign in button.
  5. To change institutions, select the gear icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  6. In the Preferences drop-drown menu, select Institutions.
  7. The Institutions menu appears in the center of the screen. Select the appropriate institution.
  8. The Dashboard displays the selected institution. (Select the gear icon to navigate to a different institution. Follow steps 6 - 9.)
