View Unofficial Transcript (HCX)

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for viewing unofficial transcript information using mobile in ctcLink.

Audience: Student Records Staff.

The college mobile applications will look a bit different between the various colleges. This guide is intended as a general overview. Please note that your college may have different images and options available.  

View Unofficial Transcript

  1. On the Mobile (HCX) Springboard page, select the ctcLink Login tile.  
  2. The ctcLink Login page displays.
  3. Enter your ctcLink ID.
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Select the Sign In button. The Okta Account section of the ctcLink Reference Center provides helpful information on accessing your ctcLink account.
  6. Select the Academics menu from the sidebar navigation.
  7. Select the View Unofficial Transcript menu item. The View Unofficial Transcript page displays.

  1. Select the Expand All button to review all sections.
  2. The following sections expand for viewing:
    • Degrees
    • Enrollment
    • Test Credit
    • Transfer Credit
    • Other Credit
    • Milestones
  3. After reviewing each section, select the Collapse All button.

  1. You have successfully viewed an unofficial transcript.
  2. Process complete.
