View Financial Aid (HCX)

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for how to view your Financial Aid using the college Mobile Application.

Audience:  Students.

The college mobile applications will look a bit different between the various colleges. This guide is intended as a general overview. Please note that your college may have different images and options available.  

View Financial Aid

  1. On the Mobile (HCX) Springboard page, select the ctcLink Login tile.

  1. The ctcLink Login page displays.
  2. Enter your ctcLink ID.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Select the Sign In button.

  1. The Mobile (HCX) Dashboard displays.
  2. Select the Financials icon from the sidebar menu.

  1. The Financials menu expands.
  2. Select View Financial Aid from the Financials sub-menu.

  1. The View Financial Aid page displays.
  2. Using the Financial Aid Year drop-down list box, select the Financial Aid Year you want to display. In this example, the student only has three financial aid years available to select. The 2024-2025 year is used in this example.

  1. The selected term page displays.
  2. To display additional details about your financial aid for a particular term, select the View Detail button for the term. In this example, we will take a deeper dive into Spring 2025.

Note: In the above image, the Aid Year Totals display. Selecting into the term allowed us to learn that this student has been awarded for this term and which awards have been accepted.
