Payment Plans (HCX)

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for creating payment plans on your mobile device.

Audience: Students.

The appearance of college mobile applications may vary across institutions. This guide provides a general overview; however, your college's app may feature unique images and options.

Not every college offers payment plans for every academic term. If a payment plan is not available, you may see a message such as “You are not currently eligible to enroll in any payment plans” when attempting to enroll. This does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your account — it may simply mean that payment plans are not offered for that particular term.
If you believe you should be eligible, contact your college’s Cashier’s Office or Business Services Office for assistance.

Important: Please click the Enrollment button only once and wait to process, doing multiple times may create duplicate information on your student financial account.
