Running the Retirement Report
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for Running the Retirement Report.
Audience: Finance Staff, Asset Management Staff.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZZ Asset Management Reporting
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Running the Retirement Report
Navigation: Asset Management > Financial Reports > Retirement > Retirement Information
- On the Retirement Information search page, select the Add a New Value tab.
- Enter a Run Control ID.
- Select Add. The Retirement Information page will display.
- On the Retirement Information page, enter or lookup the Business Unit.
- In the Date Range section, enter or select From and Thru dates.
- Select Run. The Process Scheduler Request pagelet will display.
- On the Process Scheduler Request pagelet, enter or update parameters such as Server Name and process output format.
- Select one or both of the report types in the Process List by checking the appropriate box or boxes. In this example, both the Retirement Report by Chartfield and Retirement Report by In Service Date processes are selected.
- Select OK to initiate the selected processes. The Process Scheduler Request pagelet will close.
- On the Retirement Information page, note the Process Instance numbers.
- Select the Process Monitor link. The Process Monitor page will display.
- On the Process Monitor page, look for the Process Instance numbers noted above and ensure that the Run Status is "Success" and the Distribution Status is "Posted".
- Select the Go Back To Retirement Information link. The Retirement Information page will display.
- On the Retirement Information page, select the Report Manager link to access the reports. The Report Manager page will display.
- On the Report Manager page, select the Administration tab.
- Select the Retirement Report by In Service and Retirement Report by Chartfield link to view the reports.
Process complete.
