Run Equipment Inventory Worksheet Report

Purpose: This guide walks you through creating an electronic worksheet of all active tagged assets for physical inventory purposes.

Audience: Any DirectLine user that participates in a physical inventory.

Navigation: Module / FAE Inventory / Export Reports / Equipment Inventory Worksheet

  1. Select FAE Inventory from the main menu.
  2. Select Export Reports.

  1. Select Equipment Inventory Worksheet from the report list.
  2. Review and change Sort Criteria if needed.
  3. Review and change Filtering Criteria if needed.
  4. Select Export.

The results are loaded into an Excel workbook.  It's recommended to save this file to your own computer. You can use this file electronically or by paper copy during your physical inventory process.
