Running the Time and Labor Administration Process

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for running the time and labor administration process in ctcLink.

Audience: Payroll Administrators

Running the Time and Labor Administration Process

Navigation: Main Menu > Time and Labor > Process Time > Request Time Administration

  1. Enter an existing Run Control ID or click the Add a New Value tab and create a new Run Control ID.
  2. Select the Add button.

  1. Select the Use Reported Time for POI checkbox.
  2. Enter the appropriate date in the Process Period with this Date field.
  3. Select the Group ID lookup icon and select the appropriate group.
  4. Select the Run button.

  1. If the server name does not prefill, select the PSUNX option from the Server Name drop-down menu.
  2. Select the OK button.
Process Scheduler Request page
  1. Select the Process Monitor link and make note of the Process Instance.
Request Time Administration page
  1. Click the Refresh button until the Run Status field is Success and the Distribution Status field is Posted.

Note: This process will take between 5 – 10 minutes to execute.
