CF.005.3 Manage Waivers (Project Archive)
User Acceptance Test Overview
The information below is intended to provide colleges guidance on performing a User Acceptance Test on this business process. The business process shown in the flow diagrams below may be only part of what is needed to complete an end-to-end test of a full business cycle. Coordination with other colleagues at your college in advance of commencing testing is key to success. In the same way that it doesn't take a single individual to operate the business of running a college it will require coordination across departments to successfully test a business flow from beginning to end.

CF.005.3.1 Manually Post a Waiver:
Functionality will be available in the system as a utility in the event such a waiver needs to be configured for your college. However check your waiver configuration cheat sheet (provided by Spencer). Likely most, if not all of your waivers, are automated by student groups and equation variables.
This lowers the impact of this manual waiver test for colleges configured entirely of automated waivers. However, if you are still interested in trying out the functionality we could create a UAT test waiver just so you are aware of the possibilities if such a manual assignment is needed by your college post go live. Reach out to SF team if you desire a UAT test waiver just for functionality familiarity. You can pass the test either way depending on your choice, as you can test a manual waiver in a non-production waiver after you have gone live too.
