User Acceptance Test Overview
All Courses and Classes for the CNED career must be built in PeopleSoft. Colleges should already have classes built for go-live term. Review the minimum test cases to ensure you have classes that meet each criteria used at your college. Edit classes, or add classes, in the UAT environment to ensure you have all test cases.

Steps in the Test Process
- EC.001.1.1 Verify Course/Class Minimum Scenarios in PeopleSoft and edit classes as needed.
- Verify that courses and classes are available in PeopleSoft to use for testing.
- Create or modify as needed. Making Class Updates - *Note: this will not impact your actual classes in production in any way.
Minimum Test Case (Data) Scenarios:
Verify that courses and classes are available in PeopleSoft to use for testing. Create or modify as needed.
Class
- Class must have open enrollment during the testing period. If testing with a Winter 2022 class which has already started, students will not be able to enroll. If testing with Spring 2022, the term session table must allow for registration in January.
- Classes should have fees.
- Have at least 6 classes available for testing.
- Review 9.2 CampusCE to PeopleSoft Fields. Any data the college uses that is included in the integration should be in at least one class. Examples
