CC.004.2 Grading (Project Archive)

User Acceptance Test Overview

Grades may be collected and assigned to students in batch via the Grade Roster or individually using Enrollment Requests. Administrative staff may create a Grade Roster for an individual class section, enter the grades, and post the grades to the students’ transcripts using the Grade Roster page. Grade changes or additions after grades are posted will require use of the Enrollment Request or Quick Enroll a Student page.

The information below is intended to provide colleges guidance on performing a User Acceptance Test on this business process.  The  business process shown in the flow diagrams below may be only part of what is needed to complete an end-to-end test of a full business cycle.  Coordination with other colleagues at your college in advance of commencing testing is key to success. In the same way that it doesn't  take a single individual to operate the business of running a college it  will require coordination across departments to successfully test a  business flow from beginning to end.

However due to conversion all of the fall enrollment converted with the * missing grade.  To test grading, each student's Grade (*) and Repeat Code (REXP) must be removed. Please follow the following QRGs to execute the steps: 9.2 Changing or Removing a Final Grade via Enrollment Request and 9.2 Manually Adjusting a Student Repeat Code from Enrollment Request Page.
  • Attempt to create a Grade Roster for a class in which no students are enrolled
