9.2 Checklists - Updating Items - by Person
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to enter item updates -by person in ctcLink.
Audience: All staff.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC CC 3Cs User
- ZD CC 3Cs User
- ZZ CC 3Cs User
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Checklists > Person Checklists > Item Update - by Person
- The Item Update-by Person search page displays.
- Enter Search Criteria to identify your student.
- Select Search.

- The Item Update-by Person page displays.
- Enter Item Status.
- Enter Status Date.
- Select Save.

- Process complete.
