9.2 SACR - 3Cs Group Security (Financial Aid)
Purpose: Use this document as a guide to setting up 3C group security in ctcLink.
Audience: Campus security.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD Local Security Admin
- ZZ Local SACR Security Admin
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
SACR - 3Cs Group Security
Navigation: NavBar > Navigation > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > 3C Group Security
- The 3C Group Security search page displays.
- Enter User ID (or first few numbers in User ID).
- Select the Search button.
- The 3C Group Security page displays.
- Add the 3C Update/Inquiry Groups that apply by selecting on look up icon (magnifying glass).
- Select check boxes.
- Select the Save button.
After Set Up Log In
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC CC 3Cs User
- ZD CC 3Cs User
- ZZ CC 3Cs User
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Communications > Person Communications > Communication Management
- The Communication Management search page displays.
- Enter ID for the student.
- Enter the Academic Institution, at a minimum, to search for communications sent to that student.
- The Search Results page displays.
- Choose the communication category listed you would like to view.
- The Communication Management page displays.
- Select View Generated Communication.
- When View Communication page opens, select View.
- Process complete.
- End of procedure.
