Withdraw a Hire Request

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to withdraw a hire request in ctcLink.

Audience: HR Recruiter

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZZ Hiring Manager
  • ZZ Interested Party
  • ZZ Recruiter
  • ZZ Recruiting Admin Local

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Withdrawing a Hire Request

Navigation: Recruiting > Search Job Openings

  1. The Search Job Openings page displays.
  2. From the Search Criteria section, enter the position number in the Job Opening ID field.
  3. Select the Search button.  The Search Results display.
  4. Select Job Opening link from search results.
  5. Select the Other Actions link for the desired applicant (scroll to far right side of screen).
  6. Select Recruiting Actions and Edit Disposition from the sub-menus.
  7. The Edit Disposition pagelet displays.
  8. Select Withdrawn from the New Disposition drop-down menu.
  9. Select Withdrawn from the Status Reason drop-down menu.
  10. Select the Save button.
  11. The Manage Job Opening page displays.  The Disposition is updated.
