9.2 Add to Favorite Jobs (Fluid)

Purpose:  To save jobs via self-service in ctcLink.

Audience:  Employees.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • Internal Applicant Fluid
  • ZZ HCM Manager
  • ZZ PeopleSoft User

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Use the Careers page to begin all job search activities, including saving jobs.

Add to Favorite Jobs

Navigation:  Employee Self Service > Careers Tile 

  1. The Careers search page displays.
  2. From the Search Jobs field, enter any one of the following information:
    • Job Title
    • Location
    • Key Word
  3. Select the [>] arrow box to execute the search.
  4. You may also select the View All Jobs link.
  5. The Search Jobs page displays with results.
  6. Select the job you want to Add to Favorite Jobs.
  7. The Job Description page displays.
  8. Select the Add to Favorite Jobs link.
  9. The star icon now displays as filled and the link changes to "Remove From Favorite Jobs."  If you select this link, it will remove it from favorites.
  10. Navigate back to the Careers page by either selecting the Search Jobs button and then the Careers button or, selecting the Home icon, then the Careers tile.
  11. The Careers page displays.
  12. The My Favorite Jobs grid now displays with updated data showing there are now favorite job(s) saved.
  13. Select the My Favorite Jobs link.
  14. The My Favorite Jobs page displays. You can Refer Friend and Remove Favorite from this page.
  15. To see details about the saved favorite, select the [>] link to open the Job Description page.

The process to add a favorite job to your Careers page is now complete.
