9.2 Route Applicants
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for routing applicants to the Hiring Team in ctcLink.
Audience: HR Recruiter.
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Recruiting > Search Job Openings
- The Search Job Openings page displays.
- Enter the Job Opening ID.
- Select the Search button.

- The Search Results displays.
- Select the Job Opening link.

- The Manage Job Openings page displays.
- From the Applicants tab select the applicant(s) to be routed.

- Select the Group Actions link at the bottom of the page.

- Select Recruiting Actions.
- Select Route Applicant.

- The Route Applicant page displays. The Routing Status defaults to "Route."
- Select Reason drop-down menu and select the desired reason.
- In the Recipients section, the Hiring Manager assigned to the job opening will default as the first listed recipient.
- Select the Add Recipient button,to additional recipients.
- Enter the Response Due Date.

- Add a Comment for the recipients, if needed.
- Select the Include Attachments button.

- The Include Attachments pagelet displays.
- Select the attachments for the recipients to review.
- Select the OK button.

- The Routing Details display.
- Select Submit.
- A message pagelet displays.
- Select the OK button.

- The Applicants tab displays.
- The Applicants Disposition status has been changed from "Screen" to " Route."

- The process to route applicants is now complete.
- End of procedure.
