Personalizing Grant/Contract/Project Pages

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference to personalize or customize Grant, Project, or Contract related pages.

Audience:  Finance/Grant Fiscal Staff.

Grant Budget Detail Page

Navigation: Grants > Awards > Project Budgets

  1. The Project Budget search page displays. Enter or lookup the Project number.
  2. Select Search and select the desired results.
  3. The Budget Detail page displays.
  4. Select the Grid Action Menu icon and select the Personalize link.

Use the Grid Action Menu icon to download informational to Excel for further analysis.

  1. The Grid Customization window displays.
  2. From the Column Order section, select or highlight the column name(s) to move up in the position. To select multiple items, hold the Ctrl button down and select the column names.
  3. Select the up icon multiple times to move selected column names up in the Column Order.

  1. To hide unused columns from view, select the column name, such as 'Currency' and select the Hidden checkbox.
  2. To sort by an column, select a column name and select the side arrow icon to move it to the Sort Order box.
  3. Once your order is set, scroll to the bottom of the window and select the OK box.
Using Hidden and sort features
  1. Process complete.
