OAA Application Search (Fluid)
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for the OAA application search in Fluid, using the Admissions Processing section of the CS Staff Homepage.
Audience: Student Services staff.
OAA Application Search
You must have at least one of these local college-managed security roles:
- ZD OAA College User
- ZZ OAA College User
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
The Online Admissions Application (OAA) was replaced with the Online Admissions Application Portal (OAAP) on February 2, 2021, for DG2 and DG3 colleges. DG4 colleges went live with the OAAP on June 30, 2021. The following steps will guide you in your search for historical admissions applications. For more information about the OAAP, visit the reference center's OAAP-Student and College Admin sections.
Navigation: ctcLink CS Staff Homepage
- The ctcLink CS Staff Homepage displays.
- Select the Admissions Processing tile.
- The Admissions Processing page displays.
- Select the Processing Applications from the left-side navigation menu.
- The Processing Applications menu expands.
- Select the Application Search sub-menu.
- The Application Search displays to the right.
- Enter the applicant information into the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Academic Institution
- Academic Career
- Campus
- Term
- Application Status
- Application Number
- Application Start From
- To Date
- Application Submitted From
- To Date
- Select the Search button.
- The Results for the selected application search parameters are displayed.
- Click the Application number in the results grid to view the application submitted by that person via the Online Admissions Application Portal.
- The selected Summary Page displays.
- Select Print This Page to print the application.
- Process complete.
