Checklists - Updating Items - by Person (Fluid)

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for checklists, updating items by person in Fluid, using the Admissions Processing section of the CS Staff Homepage.

Checklists - Updating Items - by Person

Navigation: ctcLink CS Staff Homepage > Admissions Processing Tile

  1. The Admissions Processing page displays.
  2. Select the Admissions Communications menu from left-side navigation.
  3. The Admissions Communications menu expands.
  4. Select the Checklist Management - Person sub-menu.
  5. The Checklist Management - Person search page displays on the right.
  6. Select the Add a New Value tab.
  7. Input the value in the ID field.
  8. Select the Add button.
  9. The Checklist Management 1 tab displays.
  10. Input the value into the Administrative Function field.
  11. Select the value for the Academic Institution field.
  12. Input the value for the Checklist Code field.
  13. Select the value for the Status field.
  14. Input or Search for the value in the Due Date field.
  15. Insert the value in the Comments field.
  16. Leave the Due Amount field blank.
  17. Leave the Currency Code field blank.
  18. Select the Variable Date button.
  19. Input values in the Variable Data fields. The Variable Data values will depend on the Administrative Function chosen.  
  20. Select the Checklist Management 2 tab.
  21. The Checklist Management 2 tab displays.
  22. View the Checklist Item Table entries related to the Checklist Code.
  23. Select the Save button.
  24. To add a new checklist item, select the Add a New Row [+] icon.
  25. View the Sequence field.
  26. Enter Item.
  27. View the Status field to see that it is set to "Initiated".
  28. View the Status Date field, which should be set to the Status Date specified on the Checklist Management 1 tab.
  29. Select the Checklist Management 1 tab.
Checklist Management 2 tab
  1. The Checklist Management 1 tab displays.
  2. Highlight and copy the Due Date value.
  3. Select the Checklist Management 2 tab.
  4. The Checklist Management 2 tab displays.
  5. Paste the copied Due Date value in the Due Date field.
  6. View the Responsible ID field, which will default to your User ID.
  7. View the Status Date field for the Checklist Item.
  8. Select the Save button.

  1. To update an existing item, adjust the contents of the Checklist Management 1 and/or Checklist Management Item 2 tabs, then select Save.

Process complete.
