9.2 Checklist 3C Groups
Purpose: This page assigns the checklist to the 3C group for security. 3C groups are assigned via row level security to the individual users.
Audience: Campus Solutions staff
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC CC 3Cs Config
- ZD CC 3Cs Config
- ZZ CC 3Cs Config
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Checklist 3C Groups
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Checklists > Set Up Checklists > Checklist 3C Groups
- The Checklist 3C Groups search page displays.
- Enter Academic Institution.
- Enter Checklist Code.
- Select Search.
- The Checklist 3C Groups page displays.
- Select the Delete a Row [-] icon to remove an existing group from the checklist code.
- Select Add to add a new group to the checklist ocde.
- Select Save.
3C Groups are part of a row level security that is assigned to a specific user. Users will have access to all of the Checklist Codes that are assigned to a 3C Group. The following 3C Groups are available to assign to Checklist Codes:
