For the recording, if you have not registered for the Canvas Training course, you will receive an ‘access denied’ message when selecting the recording link. You may register for the Awarding and Packaging Financial Aid course(s) at the ctcLink Training Registration page. To access the module that holds the recording, if you have not completed the training course before, you must progress through all modules and their quizzes to view the recording.
