Viewing Award Activity
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to View Award Activity in ctcLink.
Audience: FA Counselor/Technician.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD FA Award Misc Info
- ZD FA Director
- ZZ FA Award Misc Info
- ZZ FA Award Processor
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
View Award Activity
Navigation: Financial Aid > Awards > View Award Activity
- The View Award Activity search page displays.
- Enter the Student ID.
- Enter the Academic Institution.
- Enter the Aid Year.
- Select Search.
- The Award Activity page displays.
- Select the Award Detail link to view more information about the student’s award activity.
- The Award Activity Detail page displays.
- Select the Term Detail link to view the FA Term used to award the financial aid item type to the student.
- The FA Term Data page displays.
- Review and select Return.
- The Award Activity Detail page displays.
- Review and select Return.
- The Award Activity page displays.
- Use the First-Last arrows to view other awards for the student.
