View Annual Award Summary
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to view annual award summary in ctcLink.
Audience: FA Counselor/Technician.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD FA Award Misc Info
- ZD FA Director
- ZZ FA Award Misc Info
- ZZ FA Award Processor
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
View Annual Award Summary
Navigation: Financial Aid > Awards > View Term Award Summary
- The View Term Award Summary search page displays.
- Enter the student ID.
- Enter Academic Institution.
- Enter Aid Year.
- Select Search.
- The View Term Award Summary page displays.
- The Award Summary tab allows a user to view award amounts for the entire aid year.
- Select the Award Detail link.
- The Award Detail page displays.
- The Award Detail page shows the disbursement details and activities that have occurred for the selected award.
- Select Return to re-display the Award Summary tab.
Process complete.
