How to Search for Events in 25Live

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to search for Events in 25Live.

Audience: 25Live Staff

1. Log into your 25Live environment.  From your 25Live Dashboard (Home Screen), you can search events from the Quick Search by using a keyword or you can navigate to the Go to Search tab which takes you to an advanced search page.

For the Quick Search, it requires three letters to start search.  In the example below I'm searching for Meeting which is very general.  If you have the name of the meeting or a more specific word you will narrow your result search.

2. When you search from the Dashboard, the results will open the main search screen.  The search results will show events with the word "Meeting" in the Name and/or Title fields.  In the example below you will see 72 matching results.  You will have a choice to look for events in the Future or events Recent and Future or All Dates.  The Recent and Future will look at the last 18 months and everything in the future.
