Megamation Training and Support

Purpose: Links and directions to Megamation training videos and support.

Audience: Facilities operations and maintenance administrative and data management staff.

Megamation has multiple training videos posted on line and provides active user support. Please note that the platform used across the CTC system has some unique configurations and not every training video will apply to our system. The following videos are directly relevant:

    1. Note that first time users will also need to work with your IT department to authorize the Citrix application through your internal firewall.
