9.2 Facility Table (Fluid)

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for maintaining the Facility Table via Fluid navigation in ctcLink.

Audience:  Curriculum Management staff.

Facility Table

Navigation:  ctcLink CS Staff Homepage > Curriculum Management

  1. The Curriculum Management page displays.
  2. Expand Curriculum Setup Tables menu on the left.
  3. Select the Facility Table sub-menu list item.
  4. The Facility Table search page displays.
  5. Enter Search Criteria to identify your facility. (Include; SetID and Facility ID)
  6. Select Search.
  7. The Facility Table tab displays.
  8. Update as needed:
    1. Select the Add a New Row [+] icon.
    2. Enter Effective Date.
    3. Enter Description.
    4. Enter Short Description.
    5. Enter Building.
    6. Enter Room.
    7. Enter Capacity.
    8. Enter Location Code.
    9. Enter Facility Type.
    10. Enter Partition.
    11. Enter Minimum Utilization Percent.
    12. Check or uncheck General Assignment.
    13. Check or uncheck Check for Facility Conflict.
  9. Select the Facility Component tab, located at the top of the screen.
Facility Table tab
  1. The Facility Component tab displays.
  2. Enter Component Facility ID.
  3. Select the Facility Characteristic tab.
  4. The Facility Characteristic tab displays.
  5. Enter Room Characteristic.
  6. Enter Quantity.
  7. Enter Facility Black-out:
    1. Start Time
    2. End Time
    3. Check or uncheck days of the week black-out checkboxes
  8. Select Save.
