Facility Table (Fluid)
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for maintaining the Facility Table via Fluid navigation in ctcLink.
Audience: Curriculum Management staff.
Facility Table
Navigation: ctcLink CS Staff Homepage > Curriculum Management
- The Curriculum Management page displays.
- Expand Curriculum Setup Tables menu on the left.
- Select the Facility Table sub-menu list item.
- The Facility Table search page displays.
- Enter Search Criteria to identify your facility. (Include; SetID and Facility ID)
- Select Search.
- The Facility Table tab displays.
- Update as needed:
- Select the Add a New Row [+] icon.
- Enter Effective Date.
- Enter Description.
- Enter Short Description.
- Enter Building.
- Enter Room.
- Enter Capacity.
- Enter Location Code.
- Enter Facility Type.
- Enter Partition.
- Enter Minimum Utilization Percent.
- Check or uncheck General Assignment.
- Check or uncheck Check for Facility Conflict.
- Select the Facility Component tab, located at the top of the screen.

- The Facility Component tab displays.
- Enter Component Facility ID.
- Select the Facility Characteristic tab.
- The Facility Characteristic tab displays.
- Enter Room Characteristic.
- Enter Quantity.
- Enter Facility Black-out:
- Start Time
- End Time
- Check or uncheck days of the week black-out checkboxes
- Select Save.
