OAAP Account Settings - Student

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for managing your account settings in the Online Admissions Application Portal (OAAP).

Audience: Students.

My Profile

  1. At the top right, select the down arrow next to your name. 
  2. The Account Settings page displays.
  3. Select the tab My Profile.
  4. You can populate blank fields and select Save.

Password Recover Options

  1. A message will display stating “Your mobile number is not verified yet. Please click the Update button to activate it.”
  2. Verify the phone number is accurate and click Update.
  3. You will receive an OTP pop-up message and an OTP sent to your phone. Enter the number, and an OTP will be sent to your phone. Enter the OTP to complete your phone number verification.
  4. You will receive a message that your recovery option has been updated successfully. Click OK or "X" to exit the pop-up message.
  1. To log out, select your name in the upper-right-hand corner of the page.
  2. Select Log-out from the action menu.
  3. Process complete.
