OAAP Account Settings

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for managing your account settings in the Online Admissions Application Portal (OAAP).

Audience: Students.

My Profile

  1. At the top right, select the down arrow next to your name. 
  2. The Account Settings page displays.
  3. Select the tab My Profile.
  4. You can populate blank fields and select Save.

Password Recovery Options

  1. On the Account Settings page, select the Password Recovery Options tab.
  2. Review the information explaining that password recovery options can be used to recover an OAAP account password through a mobile phone using SMS or a voice call.
  3. Select a password recovery method from the Password Recovery Options drop-down list.
  4. Enter or verify the phone number in the Phone Number field.
  5. Select the Update button to save the password recovery option and begin phone number verification.
  6. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the phone number provided. Enter the OTP when prompted to verify the phone number.
  7. After successful verification, a confirmation message will display indicating that the password recovery option has been updated successfully.
  8. To log out, select your name in the upper-right-hand corner of the page.
  9. Select Log-out from the action menu.
  10. Process complete.
