OAAP Admin Security
Purpose: This document outlines how college administrators can request security for OAAP account management pages.
Audience: Admissions staff.
OAAP Admin Access Changes
There are three security options for OAAP admin access to the account management pages. OAAP College Admin Users authorized to request access must submit a support ticket to CS Core for each individual requiring access.
Please include this information in your ticket request:
- Ticket Request Type: ctcLink Support > Campus Solutions > CS: Admissions (OAAP)
- Ticket Requester: This ticket request must come from either the college's ctcLink College Leader, College Security Administrators (LSA's), or a staff member currently authorized to request OAAP admin access changes.
- Ticket Subject: OAAP Okta ER - OAAP Admin Changes

Ticket Request Details: Include the following information for each staff member:
- First name
- Last name
- EMPLID
- OAAP Admin Security Level (College Admin with Student Account or Student Account Only)
- Whether this individual is authorized to request OAAP Admin user access for others at your college (Yes/No)
College Admin
This role provides access to OAAP configurations for your college or district, including Institution Information, Terms Setup, and Waiver Setup. Staff members with this role can also view in-progress and submitted applications for your college or district.
College Admin with Student Account
Staff members with this role have the same access as College Admins and can access the OAAP Account Management and Audit Log pages.
Student Account Only
This role is granted access to the OAAP Account Management and Audit Logs pages; however, it does not include access to OAAP configurations or applications that are currently in progress or have been submitted.
