Navigation: Student Admissions > Applicant Summaries > Application Materials Summary

1. The Application Materials Summary search page displays.
2. Enter Search Criteria to identify the student.
3. The Academic Career and Academic Institution fields default based on your user preferences. Update these values if needed.
4. Select Search.

1. The Materials Summary tab displays the applicant’s submitted materials.
2. Some material types include links for additional detail.
3. Select the appropriate link to view the details for that item.
   • Example: Depending on the Material Type, additional links may display more detailed information. In this example, the Interviewer Detail link shows the person assigned to interview the applicant.

1. The Test Score Summary tab provides a list of test scores associated with this application and academic program for the applicant.

1. The Transcripts Summary tab displays a list of transcripts that are associated with the specific application and academic program.
2. This tab only appears if transcript values are available for the applicant.

1. The Academic Summary tab allows you to search for and view the applicant’s academic information associated with this application and academic program.
2. Enter criteria in the Select Academic Summary By section to filter search results, if needed.

1. The Academic Subjects Summary tab provides a list of academic subjects the applicant has completed.
2. Enter criteria in the Select Subject By section to filter results, if necessary.

1. The Course Summary tab displays summary course information associated with a particular application and academic program.
2. Enter criteria in the Select Subject By section to filter search results, if needed.
