9.2 Viewing Posting Results (Single Pending Items)

Purpose:  To view posting results for single pending items.

Audience:  Accounts Receivable staff.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZC AR Customer Maintenance
  • ZD AR Inquiry
  • ZZ AR Customer Maintenance

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Viewing Posting Results (Single Pending Items)

Navigation: NavBar > Navigator >  Accounts Receivable > Receivables Update > Posting Results-Pending Items > Single Item w/ Detail

  1. On the Single Item w/ Detail page, enter or select the Group Unit.
  2. Enter or select the Business Unit.
  3. Enter or select one additional field for an effective search.  
  4. Select Search.  The Single Items w/ Detail page displays.
Find an Existing value tab
  1. On the Single Item w/ Detail page, use the Group Control tab to review the control totals and group status for the group.

  1. Select the Pending Item 1 tab.
  2. Use the Pending Item 1 tab to view item information including amounts, entry type and reason, payment terms, and discount data.
Pending Item 1
  1. Select the Pending Item 2 tab.
  2. Use the Pending Item 2 tab to view additional item information including sales person, credit analyst, collector, location payment method, bank code and bank account.

  1. Select the Pending Item 3 tab.
  2. Use the Pending Item 3 tab to view additional item information including consolidated invoice information and user-defined fields.

  1. Select the Accounting Entries tab.
  2. Use the Accounting Entries tab to view accounting information including accounting entries status, ChartField string values as well as journal date and journal ID.
