Processing an Aging Request

Purpose:   How to process an aging request using ctcLink.

Audience:  Accounts receivables staff.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZZ AR Processing

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Processing an Aging Request enables you to update the age of your outstanding accounts receivable items. When the Aging process is run, the accounting date or due date of an item is compared to the system date.  This helps you manage your accounts receivable.

The Aging process should be run at predefined intervals. For example, the process can be run daily, weekly, or bi-weekly.
